That includes principals, assistant principals, guidance counselors, school leadership teams, PPT teams, IEP teachers, literacy and math coaches, grade level team leaders, subject area coordinators, deans, and any other interested educators in an administrative position. If you are not sure about a particular role, just email us and ask!
Time Commitment: Half-day workshop from 9:00AM-11:30AM
Format: Guided observations of specific classrooms and meetings with various staff members and the administration led by a TCICP staff developer
We recommend you select the practices that are of most interest in your work, as participants will have time to discuss developmental level applications of the practices.
